Alicia and I are headed to a Kygo concert in Tokyo tonight, so I’m keeping today’s address short, sweet, and snappy.

Real talk:

After pivoting what I talk about in these here emails twice over the course of the past ten months, you’re on this email list for a reason.

And I can only assume that that reason is because you have a desire to build your ideal world.

You don’t want to have to answer to a “boss.”

You want to have the time, freedom, and resources to explore your interests.

The thought of being able to do what you want, when you want, where you want  intrigues you.

You crave more time to spend as you please, with your family, friends, and loved ones.

Hell, maybe you’re A LOT like me and just want to travel, read great books, and help people become better at what you are good at.

With worldbuilding, there’s no right or wrong answer.

At the time of writing this email, I’m quite literally living in my ideal world.

For years I wanted to be able to travel, explore new cultures, and never have to worry about asking for time off, placing limitations on where I go, or be forced to essentially “turn off” my income (which is what taking time off from a traditional job does).

After thousands of hours of diligent effort, I’m in a position to be telling stories every day, teaching ethical, effective marketing, helping others build their ideal world…and doing so from wherever I please.

I don’t say this to brag.

The laptop lifestyle schtick has a whole lot of shady characters selling the dream from their mother’s basement, and there’s A LOT of information making the “how to” out to be way more complicated than it needs to.

Rather, I say this to offer proof that I’m not blowing Canada’s newly legal ganja smoke out my ass.

This shit’s legit.
